White Swan Fire
This is probably why the bear in the last post is down by the lake. The fire pictured here was one of at least 4 major out of control fires surrounding White Swan Lake and caused the Ministry Of Forest to close the area. My camp was less than half a mile from the main attack base. Look carefully and you can see the Bambi bucket under the chopper in the lower left. A larger fire to the west blew up and would turn the day to night and nearly forced us to evacuate.
