Black Bear White Swan
It was a very hot summer in 2014 and this young black bear came down to White Swan Lake to freshen up. A little swim and some berries and back up into the dry fire ravaged hills. The area was closed to the public and lucky for me I had permission to travel in the area. A very beautiful area of the Kootenays I might add, well worth visiting.
